Ecosoft became a winner of Green Awards Ukraine 2011

On 15^th of December 2011 the most important «green» event took place. Green Awards Ukraine 2011 is the first competition of best business and social «green» projects of Ukraine.

During five last months all of the Ukrainian ecologic responsible public and dynamic business were involved into the competition. Total number of competitors reached 200. According to the results of the first lap 44 projects in 15 nominations got to the final.

Ecosoft presented «Unique Ecomix complex water treatment technology» project to an international jury consideration. This project took first places in «Best «green» technology/innovation» and «Best «green» project in water-supply and purification of sewage» nominations. Therefore, Ecosoft became the only company that won prizes in a couple of nominations.
As a result Ecosoft project became the best from all competitors and won Green Awards Ukraine 2011 Grand Prix.

The ceremony was held by the Eurovision 2010 finalist Alyosha and famous anchor- and showman Oleg Paniuta (Inter TV channel). This event was the Alyosha’s debut as a presenter. Crimean Vice-prime minister Asis Abdullaev and the head of State agency on energy sufficiency and energy saving of Ukraine Nikolay Pashkevych also visited the ceremony.

«It’s no wonder that this project got high points from jury. It is believed that Ukraine is bounded to the import of ecologic clean technologies, that our train is off and we cannot compete in this field. It’s a pleasure to notice that it is not true and Ukraine can offer interesting water treatment solutions to the world».
